We all aspire to enjoy good health and indeed without it life can be sadly lacking in all the obvious pleasures and activities that good health allows.

Often no one else can know your situation intimately enough to have the necessary authority to tell you how to change it. That leaves the onus on you. The buck stops here! Do you believe you can change your situation for the better?
If not, then you might want to start changing your beliefs, because anyone can change. It might mean making a huge life-changing decision, like moving somewhere else, leaving town or even leaving your country. People do this every day. Some succeed, other fail. Of those who fail, the ones who are determined enough will keep trying until they do succeed. Others will give up and lapse into their own void.
